Can't use the website?

We recognise that some people will be unable to use the self service portal. Reasons for this could include frailty, disability or sight impairment, amongst others. 

 

We also recognise that some people will have limited access to the internet. For anyone falling into these genuine categories, we still have the phone line available to book appointments.

 

Call the surgery on 01543 682654 or come to the reception desk in person.
