Support extends to family members, recognising their often-overlooked needs during medical journeys.

The centre hosts regular groups: chronic pain support, evening support groups for working individuals, craft days, knit and natter, singing for health, seated yoga/exercise, meditation, and community projects.

The atmosphere is described as vibrant, positive, and family-oriented, with testimonials highlighting the uplifting impact and sense of belonging.

The group actively participates in local events and awareness campaigns and encourages spreading the word about thier services.  Contact details and activity schedules are available on thier website, Facebook, and through Support Staffordshire.

Travelling to towns across Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent, the Cancer Awareness Bus Tour is here to help you learn more about cancer, spot symptoms early, and understand the NHS screening programmes available to you.

The Voluntary Car Scheme operates across Lichfield & Cannock Chase areas

Now open Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 12:00pm 

The Volunary Car Scheme - Voluntary drivers will collect patients from their homes and drive them to their doctors, dentist or hospital appointments, they will wait up to two hours for them, and then return them back home. 

Anyone requesting the service will be advised of the cost of the journey when they make their booking.

Introducing the Burntwood Memory Cafe - a place for Friendship, Wellness, Fun and support! Join us every Thursday from 11am to 1pm at Burntwood Memorial Hall, Rugeley Road, Burntwood, WS7 9BE

Our Memory Cafe is a warm and welcoming space designed for individuals with memory problems or dementia, along with their care providers. Meet others, build lasting friendships and enjoy a unique experience with activities for everyone. Light refreshments provided!
